A little clarity
Yes. Vale Essentials includes 5% off all peptides. Vale Elevate and Vale Optimize each include 10% off all peptides. Medication is purchased separately from your membership and remains subject to clinical eligibility and prescription requirements.
Personalized workout plans with monthly updates are included only in Vale Optimize. Vale Elevate includes fitness guidance to support your goals. Custom workout plans are exclusive to Optimize. Every membership includes access to weekly group coaching and Q&A.
No. Membership fees cover the services listed in your plan. Prescription medication and lab testing are priced separately. Review your membership, medication, lab and any shipping charges before enrolling.
With Elevate and Optimize, you submit your progress and questions each week and receive personalized written or recorded feedback from your coach within two business days. These are asynchronous check-ins, not scheduled video appointments. Optimize also includes direct coach messaging and two private 30-minute video coaching sessions each month.
All three plans include the same standard of clinical care. Clinical evaluation, prescribing and treatment decisions remain with independent licensed clinicians. Higher tiers add nutrition, fitness, coaching and coordination support.
You can discuss available treatment options with your clinician. A membership does not guarantee eligibility or a prescription. Medication selection and availability depend on clinical evaluation and pharmacy availability.
